Cross Creek Subaru

I bought my 2015 Outback from a young Soldier. Great car for a great price. Car has been running great since I bought it. Then one day the cruise control quit while was on the Interstate. The problem solved itself a few days later. Then it happened again. So, I knew it was time to take action and get the problem sorted. I drove to my Subaru dealership and told them what had happened. A very nice lady named Paula found me and explained what they had found. I watched the video they sent me and asked what they were going to do. Paula explained that they were going to have to get a new catalytic converter and pipes from Atlanta. She said they would have everything by Tuesday. She made me an appointment for Wednesday morning. I came in Wednesday morning and 6 hours later I had paid for my work and drove home. Everything was working! I drove to my medical appointment in Benson and my cruise control worked fine. I am extremely grateful and happy for the great service I received at the dealership. And massive kudos to Paula for taking care of me! More

Amazing service s always. ...was July 3 and they were packed due to the holiday weekend. Luckily they got me a tire by 3 (they were closing) and got it back and I was out the door by 3 so I could safely drive me vehicle and make my appointments on Monday without having to worry about my safety with the tire. I wouldn't drive anything but a Subaru and would highly recommend Cross Creek. More

service experience poor, ordered wrong parts, didnt QC check parts, kept car for whole weekend and all through monday. we were obviously placed at the end of the queue.
