There was no service after the sale, my sales person, Melissa, wouldn't even respond to my emails after the sale. By putting something in gas tank, since then the light has came on a couple of times. The service dept had told me to bring it back. I have been informed by Mr. Pack, that they didn't promise me anything. I think that the light coming on so soon after I purchased it they should fix for free. Plus asked for an extra key, they are a dealership how much would it have cost them to furnish me an extra key. WISH I HAD NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. You are better off going to a buy here, pay here dealer. I am positive they will treat you better. Sad part, the day of the sale I was so excited I gave them a good review. Logan was so helpful! He knew I was looking at both the Equinox and the Santa Fe, but he wasn't pushy about it. He explained all the features of the Equinox when I took it out for a test drive, and I felt he was honest about everything. He was great at responding to my text messages. They didn't have the exact Equinox I wanted on their lot, but it was already in transit, so he helped me so that I could go ahead and reserve that one to make sure I got it. He expedited the process by having us do all the paperwork ahead of the arrival, so that all I had to do when my Equinox arrived was basically bring my trade in and pick up my new car. He was right on top of things, letting me know first thing the morning that it arrived, and getting it through the service inspection quickly so that I could make it in to work that afternoon. I also feel like I got a fair deal, both on my trade in and on the Equinox I was purchasing as well. Seriously, Logan was the best! Also their sales manager Bob was very friendly and helpful as well.
