I went to Crossroads Ford seeking a replacement car. This information enabled him to provide several options available not only about a new to me vehicle but also financing available. I was given time to explore and inspect the cars and also to test drive. The sales manager was also helpful and friendly & made sure I was happy with the service and attention provided by Paul. My visit concluded with meeting with Angie in the finance office. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with the use of the most updated technology. More

Had to make an appointment to drop off my truck just to be told the recall expired… they could have told me this over the phone when I set up the appointment. Just a waste of both of ours time. I’m sure it be told the recall expired… they could have told me this over the phone when I set up the appointment. Just a waste of both of ours time. I’m sure it was to try and upsell expensive diagnostic time and labor. Also how does a recall expire? Ford says emissions recalls don’t expire, but this dealership does. More
