Mr. Jimmy Kamara was instrumental in locating a vehicle for us to consider for purchase. We discussed financial details and he was able to put together a package that met our terms. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership the next day for review. My daughter and I came for a test drive and decided it was a keeper. We continued on to the finance department and were able to complete our transaction that very afternoon and drove off the lot satisfied that we had made a good choice in vehicles and affordable financing. Mr. Kamara not only went above and beyond expectations to assist us, he was able to do so in a reasonable amount of time at our convenience. Buying my new 2014 Fusion Hybrid Colin Watson, the sales representative, was terrific. We were replacing our 2000 Pathfinder and initially looked at small SUVs at various dealers, but Colin Watson, the sales representative, was terrific. We were replacing our 2000 Pathfinder and initially looked at small SUVs at various dealers, but once we saw the Fusion we decided it met our new needs (I'm retired military, kids out of college and working). We wanted a car for long trips with especially good gas mileage and found the Fusion's features, ride and MPG suited our needs to a T. Colin was particularly helpful prior to our decision by patiently explaining and walking us through the on-board computer that controlled the navigation, phone, climate and other systems. Later we made several repeat visits to speak with Colin before the sale where he explained Fusion options, packages, warranty and answered various other questions. His help was especially evident after the sale when we dropped by so that he could explain (did I say he was patient?) and show us in greater detail how the systems worked. Never at any time did we feel pressured to buy or upgrade or steer us to a more expensive car. We explained our budget limit and he stuck to it. This entire buying experience was light years ahead from 20 years ago when I bought my first new car. My wife and I are very happy with the car and the entire buying experience. Note: If you are a big person, ask for the seat belt extenders, free with the car purchase. I higher recommend this dealer and be sure to ask for Colin. A quick thanks to Tom Torbett, Finance Manager, for his understanding and walking us through the purchase process.
