We saw the pictures of the burgundy Nissan Frontier, the mileage & condition for a very affordable price & knew that was what we wanted. Jimmy made it happen very quickly. They did have to drive it down from Raleigh, NC, but they served us lunch & kept us very comfortable while we waited. Everyone there was very friendly & we couldn't have had a better experience. Even my 14 yr old son was impressed! That's saying a lot.. More

The minute you get there they sweep you off of your feet and throw you around so quickly that your head spins. When the dust settles afterwards, you realize that you have just been robbed and you are stuck in a car that you don't necessarily love. Crossroads Ford Lincoln of Sanford is different. Instead of getting pressured into buy a car in one day, I could take my time and be sure that I got exactly what I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. James let me go for a test drive, he let me go for several test drives, and showed me all of the options that are available and the pricing for each one so that I could determine what was right for me. We went down the list of needs and wants. The pressure was off. For that reason they have earned my loyalty and my recommendation to anyone in the market for a new car. More
