I have dealt with this dealer for 10 years and have purchased 2 new Lincolns MKZs from them. This was the first hybrid that I ever purchased and John Holmes was very helpful in demonstrating the featu purchased 2 new Lincolns MKZs from them. The dealership did not have what I wanted in stock so I ordered a new car. The MKZ Hybrid was delivered in about 5 weeks! That was much sooner than expected. John Holmes even came to my home to help me set up the garage door opener feature as well as other features on my new car. John will get my business when my wife is ready for a new car. More

After about a week of emails and phone calls, I drove into the dealership but was informed that the car I wanted to buy had been sold. I informed the dealer that I was not interested in any other car and into the dealership but was informed that the car I wanted to buy had been sold. I informed the dealer that I was not interested in any other car and was ready to walk out when she told me to hold as she disappeared into the "office". Five minutes later she came back and told me that since the "buyer" is on the way from Charlotte and I am already at the dealership, she was going to sell it to me (That was an obvious lie and reason for "ok" rating on customer service). Now to the buying part. I had a pre-approved loan from my credit union. This dealer came with her ipad to our table and asked for my personal info. I informed her again that I had been pre-approved and did not want to run my credit or apply for another loan. She told me that the info was for her to confirm my identity. After giving her all my info we go to the point where I was supposed to sign on the ipad. I asked her twice whether this was a loan application and she said NO. To cut the long story short, she deceitfully ran my credit for a loan application. For this reason, I rate this dealership less than 5 stars in all areas except for the price which was great. More

Colin did an excellent job explaining our options. He took alot of time with us test driving vehicles, listened to our needs and wants to ensure we got the correct vehicle.
