I had received a call about interest in buying back my truck. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about. Apparently in was a different agency calling me telling me to go there, someone associ truck. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about. They gave me a quote on my truck and I told them what I was willing to pay and what I needed in order to give up my current truck. It was a tight budget because I didn't really have any issues with my current truck. They told me they would find me something and then give me a call. Less than an hour later they were calling. I agreed on a vehicle and after a little haggling we agreed on a price. I expressed concerns about warranties and a couple other issues and they squared them away without any issues. When my new truck came in I had a lot of concerns because I had only seen pictures of it. When the truck arrived they did a full inspection on it and found a couple things wrong and fixed them for me. When I picked it up I had some other cosmetic issues with the truck and they fixed them right away. I had numerous concerns and had called them at least three to five times for a couple days in a row and everytime I was able to talk to John and fix the issues immediately. Overall their ability to stay flexible and give me exactly what I wanted without any trouble would lead me to recommend this dealership to my closest friends. Way better experience than going to Crown Ford in Fayetteville. More

My wife and I have visited Crossroads Ford of Sanford many times, since this is where we always have our 1994 Ford Escort and 2005 Ford Focus serviced. Many times when they were being serviced we would look at their vehicles, especially the F150's. We knew when the time was right we would purchase it here because there was no high pres-sure salesmanship like we had experienced at other Ford Dealerships. We met Colin Watson early on and he was very helpful and patient while we made up our minds, which took about a year.
