Purchased a 22 F250 blacked out had some nice aftermarket taillights. One had a minor crack in the plastic nothing that prevented it from working other side was perfect condition ( lights are the morimoto on taillights. One had a minor crack in the plastic nothing that prevented it from working other side was perfect condition ( lights are the morimoto ones so 1k) they agreed to replace just the cracked one during the purchasing process. Took almost 3 months to receive the light due to back order. Once they had the truck they replaced the light but to my surprise when I picked it up both had been replaced with clear factory lights. And now the opposite side light doesn't work and is very loose. I have asked for my other lights back and the answer is always sorry don't have them if you want those buy them. In the original paperwork we aggred on Just replacing the cracked one not both and they did it with out asking if I'd be fine with stock clear lights. This is such a run around. Been waiting a week for Dave the GM to give me a call and still nothing. More

Online scheduling process is a nightmare and non-functional. Latest fiasco is getting ongoing notices from FORD on a recall requiring software to fix only to be told by dealer that they weren't non-functional. After multiple phone calls and reaching FORD corporate I finally got it scheduled. Service and General Managers do NOT return phone calls or emails. More
