Will not buy from them again Bought a 2015 edge, discovered the defrost and heat didn't work approx a month after I got it, took it in and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get my car back.. Bought a 2015 edge, discovered the defrost and heat didn't work approx a month after I got it, took it in and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get my car back....it still is not right, now the windshield wipers jump every time I crank it....tried to trade it and they won't trade.....will probably always have problems with this car....it only has 5000 miles on it and they said I would lose money???? "certified preowned is a load of crap" I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare that was our crossroads Ford experience. To sum it up we bought a "certified preowned" Ford F1 50 with o I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare that was our crossroads Ford experience. To sum it up we bought a "certified preowned" Ford F1 50 with only 19,000 miles on it. And after just a month had to replace all four tires and the brakes and all the rotors due to the alignment being way off. They fix the alignment and made us pay for all the new things because they were wear and tear things. Only to find out that the alignment would not stay in for more than a day or two. Overall the truck was aligned 7 different times in the course of a month,And would never stay in alignment. Every time the service department tried to blame it on us saying it was things we were doing like off-road Ing or driving on construction sites. Which we have never done. We werent asking for anything free, we just wanted them to find us another comparable truck and make up for the lemon that they sold us. After fighting for six weeks with their stupid sales games (all they wanted was for us to buy another twice as expensive truck and not recoup the loss ) we realize they were going to do nothing for us and went somewhere else and took the loss. Worst car buying experience ever! Don't let them take your keys, this is one of the tricks and games they play so that you can't walk out when you get pissed off. More

And of course, since brakes are a "wear-out" part, they are not covered by warranty. So much for "Ford certified pre-owned " and their "172 point inspection." More

And then a manager called me afterwards of course trying to make up for it and offered me the deal that I wanted from the start. I wished that he would have saved me the heartache from the beginning. ***UPDATE*** Ended up buying the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted but he story doesn't end there. Deceptive advertising on used trucks. Truck advertised with one year free subscription to SiriusXM. Found out later, after papers were signed of course, that free subscription was only 3 months. Then told me truck only came with one key fob (fobik) which costs over $200 for additional one. Shady dealership. Please shop around. More
One of the best Service Centers I have dealt with at Ford I had an issue with my Sunroof not closing on my new F150 they worked me in to get it closed right away and then after the parts came in they took it I had an issue with my Sunroof not closing on my new F150 they worked me in to get it closed right away and then after the parts came in they took it right away and fixed it faster than they quoted. It was nice to walk into a dealership once and they remember your name. John Wilhelm did an awesome job helping me get my issues fixed and even helped me get a loaner so I wouldn't be without a car while they worked on mine. John was extremely accommodating and made my experience the best he could with the situation. More

This is the second Crossroads dealership I have bought from since I also purchased 2 new cars from Crossroads Nissan. Both dealerships have done everything I expected of them to satisfy my demands in asking for a very good deal and a fair price for my trade in. Will not purchase from them again Bought a used car from them. The car had scratches that had been covered up on 2 areas of the vehicle and were not visible until after it rained a day Bought a used car from them. We have 6 autos from different dealerships and this has been my worst experience. Our salesman was great, but sales manager needs a course on people skills. Will not EVER buy another vehicle from them! More

I am completely satisfied with my Ford Focus and the customer service that was given to me by Mike and Tom. Mike did a great job with helping me select a new car, was attentive throughout the process, and I could tell that he was genuinely interested in making me a happy customer. I truly appreciate it. Tom did a great job checking up on me to make sure that I was having an enjoyable experience. I love the free food/popcorn, drinks, and coffee both in the sales room and in the service center. The Mac computers and free Internet access in the service center are awesome, too. The Ford team rocks! More
