He gave us all the time we wanted to look around and told us if we had any questions to get back with him. After several visits to the dealership we made up our mind on which car we wanted. We told Rodney which vehicle we were looking at and asked him to give us the best price he could sell the car for and to get the lowest interest rate possible. We were trading in a car and I told him what I expected to be paid for the trade-in. After talking with the sales manager he came back with an even better offer than my wife or I expected. I have bought many cars in my life and it has always been a game of making an offer and then making a counter offer time after time. Needless to say I bought the car from Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. It was an enjoyable experience for a change. I would like to thank Rodney for his excellent help in making this a great deal. I would not hesitate in referring my friends to visit them when making a new car purchase. The entire staff made you feel welcome and went out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience.
