We bought a new Explorer in May from Mike McCoy and Eric Kaplan. They did not have the exact model we were looking for on the lot but in a matter of minutes they were able to find it at another dealership Kaplan. Mike worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of the moment we walked in the doors. Most of the time the negotiating process is difficult and takes a lot of time but both Mike and Eric made sure we were immediately on the same page . Once going to finance Frank made us feel at ease and made sure everything was efficient but clear. We returned to purchase another car in December and had the same positive experience. This time it was for our son and the moment we arrived they greeted us and paid special attention to his needs. Although the second purchase was for a used car we received the same level of excellent service. Car buying can be a stressful and a tense experience, but at CrossRoads you feel welcomed the moment you arrive to the time you leave. I would definitely recommend purchasing cars from CrossRoads Ford of Wake Forest and plan to return when I am ready for another one. More

Erick sold us our first car (our first Ford, for that matter) and we have been back to see him twice more, requesting him by name. He is honest, forthright, helpful, and dependable; besides that, he is extremely friendly and incredibly caring. My feeling about Erick is that he would rather have us leave the dealership without a car than leave with one and be unhappy with our experiences. That said, he will do anything within his power to be sure that his clients are satisfied, and is dedicated to making them feel that their needs were met without any stress on their part.
