I knew exactly what car I wanted but didn't know how to get it. Jim searched the entire East Coast of the US to find cars like what I wanted - but they still weren't just perfect. He helped me order exactly what I wanted and provided me updates on the status of my very own vehicle through the 7 weeks and 2 day waiting period. When my car arrived they called me immediately - paperwork was complete in 1 hour with my husband and I came by the next day to get my car. They walked me through every detail of my car in the air-conditioned comfort of the show room. They even setup my SYNC profile online and hooked my phone up to work hands free with the car. When it was time to go, they took my old plates off, put the new plates on the vehicle, had it clean and full of gas. After a final picture of me hugging my car they sent me on my way. The amount of customer service experienced was far beyond what I was expecting. I will definitely come back to Jim Welsh to buy my next car... but it won't be to replace this one.
