I bought a new Expedition from Cross Roads Ford Wake Forest on 9/13/2025. the DMV has fined me for a lapse in insurance on my trade in and now nearly 60 days later my new car is still not registered to Forest on 9/13/2025. the DMV has fined me for a lapse in insurance on my trade in and now nearly 60 days later my new car is still not registered to me. Dior I mention my tags which I asked to transfer are almost out of date…… not the DMV”s fault we bought a used car during the same time and that dealership managed to have tag work completed within 30 days. Very frustrated, called several times no one cares. Blaming the DMV is the go to. More

Bought a truck from this dealership under their guidance that the truck can tow my 5th wheel Rv that I bought prior to coming in. Even after test driving what I needed I was assured by the salesmen and sale that the truck can tow my 5th wheel Rv that I bought prior to coming in. Even after test driving what I needed I was assured by the salesmen and sales managers that a smaller but newer more expensive truck could do the job. Now $95000 later I have a truck I can’t use because of them and when I’ve contacted the dealership about the issue I’ve been hung up on, told it was my fault, and basically ignored. I’m a military veteran 100% disabled and I use my disability to survive. I let them know this and from one vet to another their sales tactics are predatory and I would advise our community to stay away from this place as they don’t care about us. Take your business a little up the street to capital ford as I let them know the situation and they said they would have fixed it on the spot. It’s gotten so bad that we have had to get lawyers involved and their lawyers are just as bad as the dealership. They are rude and unprofessional, they have their own little cult it seems like. The general manager Dave’s response to me was “we have one of the best lawyers in the business”, his way of deterring me I guess. More
