Here they asked what I was looking for in a car, what were my needs. It showed they wanted me to find a car that I loved first. They were never too pushy, but extremely knowledgeable. They sold me on the car through their knowledge and honest salesmanship rather than pushing the price tag. More

Great Car. Can't Recommend the Dealership. 1. I love the car. 2. I did not appreciate the initial engagement in which we discussed lease pricing. We had to go back and forth with a competing of 1. I love the car. 2. I did not appreciate the initial engagement in which we discussed lease pricing. We had to go back and forth with a competing offer from a different Hyundai dealer to reach a reasonable price. It took 4 hours to go from offer signing to driving off of the lot on the day of purchase. The car was not detailed, but this service is promised at a time of my choosing in the future. 3. I received a call a week after driving the vehicle off the lot informing me that I had to come in to re-contract. There was an error on Hyundai's side that required me to come back in and re-sign paperwork for the car at a higher rate ($8 higher). This was hard for me to accept. There was no apology. I pressed for the dealership to bring the rate down. After back and forth conversation with my significant other, the dealership requested the registration for our other Hyundai car to apply a discount to bring down the rate. Why was this not applied in the first place? When pressed for an apology for the inconveniences, an apology was offered. I re-signed the contract at a rate $4 higher. _ At the end of the day both my SO and I had to take time out of our work days (and add miles to a car I'm LEASING from them) to come back and re-contract for a measly $144 dollars after 3 years. No apologies, until pressed. No compensation. What about a free oil change? Anything? I did not receive the exceptional experience promised by the writing literally on their wall. I wish I had instead purchased from the other Hyundai dealership nearby whose ratings are significantly higher. The only competitive advantage Crossroads Hyundai had was proximity. I will strongly NOT be recommending any of my friends, family, or co-workers to this establishment. More
