Stay AWAY!They are deceptive and manipulative crooks. Worst experience with a car dealer ever. They were nice to begin with, but when the deal was closing, they became pushy, and even rude. It was late, and I was talked into an add on package that I changed my mind about a few days later, which was within my rights as a consumer. They refused to refund my money stating that it was part of the deal. No where on the receipt did it state 'no returns or refunds'. I paid cash for the vehicle. My purchase paid their commissions for that month. They took my money and then the customer service ended. They give Hyundai a bad name. More
This was my first car purchasing experience. Personally, I was terrified about how this process would go and what my car would go for. Jonathan sat me down and started talking options WITHIN my price range, I was terrified about how this process would go and what my car would go for. Jonathan sat me down and started talking options WITHIN my price range, no tricks or trying to up sell me on cars that I would not be able to afford down the road. He took me out to the cars and explained everythig about them and had a carfax history report on each one waiting for me so I could see any potential problems with each car. Jonathan took my car to his manager and got me a great deal on it. Each was allowable for a test drive to make sure I really liked the car I had in mind. I am now the proud and happy owner of a beautiful car. It even came with a complete power train warranty! Honesty in a used car salesman? It lives here at this dealership. I would personally recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a car or just wants to talk options. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car and Jon helped to ease all my worries. If you are looking for something along these lines then look no further. Great experience. More

All three people that I worked with were very professional and helpful during my car buying experience. Jeff W. (Internet sales manager), Robert who handled my financing, and the third person (ca professional and helpful during my car buying experience. Jeff W.
