We found the car on the internet (with a manual transmission) and went down to see it at Crossroads Hyundai. Our sales consultant, Chandler Maas, had the car ready to drive when we got there. The car met our expectations and Chandler worked to get us all the possible rebates. We easily settled on price and completed the sale in a smooth efficient manner. There's none of the "I need to take your offer to the manager" and "What would it take to get you into this car today?" AND they don't try to push a back-lot lemon onto you. It's simply good product, good people, and good service. The salespeople are friendly and personable, not obnoxious at all, and they genuinely want to help you - on your terms, not theirs. The service department is friendly, professional, prompt, and they do good work, too. If you phone them, you don't spend a long time on hold. If you email them, someone will reply to you quickly. The atmosphere is different from other dealerships, also. You know how you walk into some dealerships and you can just feel the hustle hanging in the air? Kinda creepy? Crossroads Hyundai is nothing like that. It's calm and friendly. There's even a playroom for the kids. More

Stuck in CO On a road trip from NC to OR, my vehicle died. I ordered a new engine for my old car through Crossroads' service department. It took 2 weeks for them On a road trip from NC to OR, my vehicle died. I ordered a new engine for my old car through Crossroads' service department. It took 2 weeks for them to discover that that engine was no longer available. That put me in a position where I had to buy a new vehicle in order to get home. I was there, with my disabled daughter, from 9am-5:30pm. While I understand that part of that delay was because I live out of state, I believe the process should not have taken that long. I was told certain information on the phone regarding my old car towards a purchase and then told something different once I was there to actually buy. It was a very stressful purchase because of my circumstances. My challenging circumstances may have inclined me to be stressed by the situation, but I believe the sales manager took advantage because I was between a rock and a hard place. That said, the salesman we had (Jon Slacker) was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was fun and friendly. We enjoyed our time with him. More
