My buying experience with Shavar was hassle-free and relaxed. He took the time to explain the details and always followed up with any questions. Furthermore, Shavar continues to contact me every 3-4 months to ensure everything is going well with my M37 Sport. Find another salesman that delivers that kind of personal attention. In addition, the Finance staff with Kolter, Chris and Uri is awesome! Each of them take the time to explain the details but also value your free time and make the buying experience pleasant and efficient. Lastly, I have owned many other luxury brand vehicles such as Acura, BMW and Lexus. When you purchase any vehicle from Crossroads Infiniti, the General Manager, Paul Clements, personally comes to speak to you and ensurse that you are totally satisfied.
