Croton Auto Park went above and beyond to help me buy my new Jeep. I was so impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail every step of the way. As a first time buyer with a semi-comp new Jeep. I was so impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail every step of the way. As a first time buyer with a semi-complicated ask, this purchase could have been a nightmare, but it was the exact opposite thanks to Vinny. Vinny made the process seamless and was always available to answer any questions/help in every way. Vinny went above and beyond in every way. Cannot recommend Croton Auto Park enough - will use them for all my future purchases! More

I have purchased/leased at least 20 new cars in my life (6 kids and 8 drivers in the household) and would have to say that the experience at Croton Auto Park has been one of the best. Gabrielle and Vinny were the best. They are truly an asset to your organization. The process started with a phone call to Gabrielle explaining what I wanted to do (trade in my son’s 2017 RAM 2500 and lease or purchase a new 2020 Ram 2500). Within 20 minutes Gabrielle had started the process of pricing the new vehicle and getting a trade in value (subject to vehicle inspection). I stopped into the dealership later that day and Vinny worked up multiple scenarios for me to decide on. Working with C-A-P was the most painless and pleasant car buying experience I have had in a very long time. The trade in and delivery process was just as painless. Chris took my son and I through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Gabrielle and Vinny I plan to purchase another vehicle from Croton Auto Park in the near future and have already recommended the dealership to two of my friends who are looking at a RAM and a Pro Master City van. Lets cut through the chase here - Croton provides the most AGGRESIVE pricing - our monthly payments on our Dodge Durango lease are the lowest!!! We have shopped at so many dealerships and none of them come close to Croton. The customer services is beyond par! I own a management consulting firm that specializes in providing the best and the biggest banks high-end services in the Areas of Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, Risk Management. My clientele are Bank of America, CITI, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs to name a few. So if a dealership can impress me than it better be the best of the best! Go with Croton and no better car saleswoman than Gabby - just ask for Gabby, she is spontaneous, easy and fun to work with, blatantly honest (unheard of in this industry) and always wants the best for her customers. We have been doing biz with this dealership for 6 years and counting! Their manger for car financing - his name is Chris - he is also fantastic - no nonsense, just straight down to biz and they will genuinely give you the best deal. Gabby for sales, Chris for financing and Croton is the go-to dealership! Love this dealership, again you guys are simply put the BEST!!! More

I was nervous about this purchase but I can say that out of 7 cars, this has been my absolute best car buying experience.
