Second-time customer - same positive experience My wife and I purchased a Kia Forte in 2012 and had a very positive experience - good price, fair financing and for the past 4+ years the Service Dept My wife and I purchased a Kia Forte in 2012 and had a very positive experience - good price, fair financing and for the past 4+ years the Service Dept has been nothing less than top-notch. We decided to trade the Forte in for an Optima EX, and once again had a very easy/non-stressful buying experience. Mike Martella was our salesman, and he did a great job both in listening carefully to what our needs were as well as taking time to explain the (many) features of the car we were looking for. When it came to financing, initially I was not at all happy with the terms, however, as soon as this was discussed the issue was rectified and both he and Mike made sure that we were fully satisfied before completing the sale. At no time were we kept waiting more than a few minutes, and our new car was clean, gassed up, and ready to go as soon as the paperwork was signed. As a Crowley Kia customer for the past 4+ years, I have never had an issue that has not been solved courteously and satisfactorily. More

Got Cheated with Warrenty and Paint protection plans This guys offered me unnecessary warrenty and Paint Protection. when I insisted that I don't want they told me that I can cancel in one month.
