The Sales Manager quickly settled on a price that worked for both of us with out too much back and forth and had quite a bit of knowledge in his corner of the whole car business at hand. They were polite, easy to do business with and a starting price that I was willing to work with. I like no hassle and I like fast and both of those make a winning combination in my book. The Business Manger was top class, who made signing papers a good experience(as it can be) and again, no hassle and fast! Thank you for a smooth experience!! I picked up my Kia Sorrento last night and I absolutely love this vehicle. Adam worked with me from the time I first stepped on the lot until I drove my car out (and even called after to see how everythin love this vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was slightly disappointed that the monthly payment was not in the range that I wanted to be in but both Adam and Tom worked together to get me as close as possible to where I needed to be. Overall, I am very pleased with the courtesy and consideration I was given by everyone at Crowley. Before I left, Adam took the time to show me all of the instrumentation on my vehicle as well as setting up my bluetooth access for my phone.
