Great Experience I had a complicated deal as I was financing a used car that was 11 years old (,most finance companies only do 7 years tops) and it was an out of state I had a complicated deal as I was financing a used car that was 11 years old (,most finance companies only do 7 years tops) and it was an out of state purchase. I found my own financing (JJ Best Banc was great) and Mike Martella my salesman and Kaloni Lopa the internet sales manager were supportive every step of the way and Vicki Brogna the business manager was great. They made a difficult deal very manageable and I can sincerely see why Crowley is rated so highly. I would definitely purchase from them again. Great people. More

I am 81 years old and have had many experiences in buying cars. I was greeted by, salesman Bob Capelli. I explained what I was looking for, he was knowledgeable in what to show me. He explained the prices and the incentives that were available. He showed several models, gave me a test drive, and even asked if I wanted to take home to show my wife. Crowley even gave me a great price on my trade in. Long story short , I purchased the car. The transaction was clean and speedy. Bob explained all of the features in the car without hesitation, he is very knowledgeable, which I found many sales people didn't' know much about what they were selling. I was in last October to trade in my 2016 Forte 5 ex and he was able to get me out of my lease early and put me into a 2019 new Forte. Just recently I went in with my wife's 2016 forte 5 and this dealership put her in the car she wanted a new blue Rio S. They are the nicest people to deal with, I traveled from New MIlford Ct to Bristol to get the deals done without any hassles or lies compared to my local Kia dealer. More

I had contacted several dealers, told all of them we were ready to buy. Crowley’s first and best price was fair and there was no pressure or problems. We did everything over the phone.
