First Even Car Bought on My Own! I have always had cars that were passed around the family and I was nervous about dealing directly with a dealership for the first time. However, Derrick Gahagan was there to greet me as soon as I arrived, and was able to get me in the car I was there to see in no time at all. He was personable, and very funny, and gave me a lot of good information about the car while I test drove it. I did however teach him a new way to get back to the dealership from Glenside Dr across Skipwith Rd! LOL! I feel that the deal I got on this used 2018 Honda CR-V EXL was very fair, and working with them on financing was super easy. They gave me sound financial advice but were very eager to construct the financing in the way that suited me best. I will say that the manager Tyler was a killer on the up sell of maintenance packages, but nonetheless, I am happy with the entire package. I am hoping that their service department lives up to the excellent service I have received so far! More
