A code was displayed on my dash board so I took the vehicle in for service. After inspection, the service department advised we needed to replace the torque converter. After additional research, I foun vehicle in for service. After inspection, the service department advised we needed to replace the torque converter. After additional research, I found that this repair should be covered under an extended warranty period per a Technical Service Bulletin from the NHTSA. I have placed multiple calls to the dealer to discuss this issue and only received one call back. They were going to review with the service manager and return my call. No response. More
