Retirement Review...whewww I had the pleasure of dealing with Crown Acura, due to the wonderful gift my bfff's husband gave to her at her Retirement party!!! Although the mtce team leaves much to be desired(excluding Sammie's great work), they have a Gold mine when they hired Hayton!! In my 20+years of purchasing cars, I thought I had run into "nice" salesman. Well.....that was all they were. Having Hayton as a salesman makes you feel at ease and respected!! Let's start by his wonderful smile which is contagious😃 Hayton is very knowledgeable of any/all Acura's. Although my bff was having issues with her brand new car, Hayton was always trying to make sure HIS customer was completely satisfied!! Even though he missed sales, I saw him personally washing/wiping her car in the effort of "Great Customer Service". I am a Volvo lover, but Hayton made me think twice about my next purchase. More
