Hi Ann, unfortunately we sold that vehicle a few hours before you all arrived. The appointment was set by the person who handles our chat. The sales person didn’t realize we had sold it until about 30 min before you all arrived. We certainly were not trying to have you all make an unnecessary drive, as we understand how much of an inconvenience that would pose. Please accept our apologies for this. We're VERY sorry.

Hello Harley Family, it is unfortunate this deal did not go as desired and we're sorry this is the impression you now have of our dealership. When the issue occurred we immediately took action to fix the check engine light. For peace of mind and the fact they were friends of the dealership we did in fact add a $2000 warranty at no cost. I did offer to buy the truck back for $500 more than what was paid for it, excluding the taxes. We take customer service very seriously and address issues to the best of our ability.
