Very disappointed with crown acura, have a recall on my vehicle for more than 2 years now and they did not fix it. First they say that they dont have needed parts, then I took an appointment six months in vehicle for more than 2 years now and they did not fix it. First they say that they dont have needed parts, then I took an appointment six months in advance and they called one day before the appointment saying that they have to push it one more month, then they did the same thing again one day before the appointment saying they are backed up and unable to fix the recall. I do not trust this dealer anymore as they cant keep appointment booked MONTHS in advance. The customer is paying the price of their lack of planning. More
