Took it home tried to get Sirius installed but couldn't called her back and said she didn't think it had it and for an added cost we could get it! Wait a minute we were told it had it and now it doesn't. The saleswomen said she would call me back on the amount it would cost but never did. I hope this is made right and a leaning lesson for the sales women who was very nice but you can't say it has something it doesn't.! More

A great experience After looking into Mini online I stopped into airport Mini to see their inventory and take a test drive. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and eager to please. I was able to drive any and all cars I wanted to. Their selection is awesome! Even better, I told them exactly what I wanted and they located the exact vehicle I was looking for and brought it in for me. I'm one who is used to having to haggle to get what I want. They gave me a great deal right from the get go. Better than other dealerships I spoke to. Great price and great trade in value. Also gave me a very fun little Mini Cooper coupe to drive until mine arrived. They've been there to answer any questions and lived up to everything they promised. Truly a great experience! More

Don't buy here Dealership didn't complete agreed maintenance and repairs and gave me a car on E. When I asked what they would do for the inconvenience they told me there was not enough profit in my deal to do anything for me. I purchased 2 vehicles from them over 30 grand total. After the deal was done they treated my like they didn't care at all about making me a satisfied customer. More

Stopped in to check out the New Mini.. drove away with two! I have been waiting for the new Mini for some time now. Rob called me to let me know that he believed they had a Mini I would be interested in and th I have been waiting for the new Mini for some time now. Rob called me to let me know that he believed they had a Mini I would be interested in and that the prices were excellent right now. I somewhat reluctantly came in to pick it up after work on Friday for the weekend and he was right - It was the car I was wanting, right down to the color and specs. My husband was so impressed with not only the car but the service, he traded in his Mustang for a 2 door Hardtop S. One other thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to work with Tom in Finance. I am very transparent and honest with what I am willing to pay for a car and Tom worked with me to not only get a price I was comfortable with but got me the very best interest rate with payments that would not hurt! Like most Mini drivers, I am very particular about who works on my car. One of the reasons I chose Airport Mini is that they have two expert level Mini technicians/mechanics who have gone through extensive training. One of my husband’s gripes about his Mustang dealership was the level of service... it was pretty bad. The professionalism, friendliness and knowledge from the Technicians was something we both picked up on immediately and appreciated. The icing on the cake are the monthly free car washes and the free pickup and drop off service for your Mini's routine maintenance. There are too many positives to write in this review. To summarize, everyone I encountered at this dealership were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, committed to offering the best customer service experience, genuinely honest and down to earth. This dealership, like the Mini, is "Not Normal"... in a good way. More

Literally every employee I came in contact with from walking in the building, to picking up my new Mini was amazing! They truly went out of their way to be helpful and excited about the process of finding and purchasing the right car for me. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer even the most detailed questions about their product. I am a salesperson myself, and expect someone who is selling me something to be, well...awesome. The guys at Airport Mini don't belong in the "car-salesman" category, they are professionals who are truly passionate about their product and the quality of service they provide. When I purchased my Mini, they had a special "unveiling" of my car for my little girl (5 years old), and in the front seat of the car sat a stuffed Mini Bulldog just for her. I ask you, who does that?! I cant say enough good about this dealership...other than to say that every other dealership in Cleveland is in trouble! More
