Fixer upper This is my second time bringing my car to the Crown Collision Center. I was not pleased with my rep the first time, but the workers truly did a great This is my second time bringing my car to the Crown Collision Center. I was not pleased with my rep the first time, but the workers truly did a great job on my vehicle and so I came back. I was informed that my rep would be Steve Lukas, and I was hopeful that I would have a better person to person rep experience this time around. Steve Lukas did not disappoint - he was very informative, and he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle looked good and new! He took the job very personal and it truly showed that he cared about my vehicle! Tatijana Zitz is always so welcoming and handles the front with great poise. Even with a line of clients and impatient ones that interupt her with a current person - she remains calm, cool, and collected! Tatijana Zitz is truly is rare jewel in the customer service industry! Great Experience I went to Crown Automotive Collision Center on a day where a lot of things had went wrong. I was dreading going because of my bad day. Just as in the past Frank Resti went out of his way to make not only my experience pleasant, but his craft to make my vehicle look like it just rolled off of the assembly line was amazing! Starting with dropping off my car he had a vehicle already reserved for me. With the assistance of Tatijana Zitz I was in and out that morning quickly. Horrible Experience!!!! My Enclave was hit at a red light in December, 2017. Crown Collision got the car a few weeks later and kept it into February, all the while Michelle T My Enclave was hit at a red light in December, 2017. Crown Collision got the car a few weeks later and kept it into February, all the while Michelle Trippi, who was in charge of the car, was making up one excuse after the other. Every week it's next week. When it wasn't ready she would make another excuse. I went by there and she said, "The car's in paint, has been painted all the way around, and needs only some touch up." And "that I would have the car by Monday." That was Thursday. She did every thing she could to get out of doing it, but I made her show me the car. When we got to it, it had not had the first drop of paint put on it. She told me they had to paint the entire car to match the special paint on it. Several weeks later when I finally picked it up, it had not been painted all the way around. And the paint did not match. She was in a fight with another customer who had had similar treatment and would not come out to see me. She sent a man who just happen to have the same story, using the same exact words she used. I had to take my car to St. Pete Collision Center to get it straightened out. Then after getting the paint fixed, Crown had not fixed the front-end as they were supposed to. It was rattling and making all kinds of noise. I could go on with this torture from Trippi, but I'll stop here. Finally, I got the car to Greg Berry, who gives excellent service and never lies to you at all. He got his service man to fix the front-end. More
