Oil change This was my first service on my new card. The service performed was fine, but WAY to long of a wait for an oil change & tire rotation. They took my car right away, but i waited 2 1/2 hours. That was unnecessary. They should have a team on hand that just performs this type maintenance for customers. It should not take more than an hour to do it. More

Good until I met the dishonest financial manager. Salesman was excellent and provided great service. The financial manager was very dishonest. When I asked him what the 298.00 after market product fee was for he stated for doucements and handle the transactions. Which I knew was not true. After speaking to other honest dealerships, I I was encouraged to go through my paperwork . I found the warranty with the $298.00. It’s very disappointing to find out you were giving business to another dishonest dealership. Now I am worrying about if what the told me about the car is true and if I brought a lemon. Then I had to waste my time calling the warranty company and the dealership to cancel something I never requested. BEWARE of DISHONEST FINANCIAL MANAGER More
