Excellent Service (Bill Hevel) I want to commend Bill Hevel for the excellent service he provided today. My check engine light was on when I got into my 2018 Encore this morning, s I want to commend Bill Hevel for the excellent service he provided today. My check engine light was on when I got into my 2018 Encore this morning, so I headed for Crown Buick, arriving just before the Service Department opened at 7:00 a.m. - without an appointment. As soon as I walked in the door, Bill greeted me, took my information, and got my car right in. While I was at it, we scheduled in a needed oil change, alignment, some new wiper blades, etc. Less than 90 minutes later (during which I worked on my laptop in Crown's excellent customer lounge), I was on my way with a freshly-washed and cleaned car.
