Great Service! I had a great experience with David Biagi at Crown Buick. My Cadilac CTS had some transmission issues and was still covered under GM's powertrain war I had a great experience with David Biagi at Crown Buick. My Cadilac CTS had some transmission issues and was still covered under GM's powertrain warranty. When going to the local Cadilac dealer, they told me they would first do a flush to see if it fixed the problem --- FOR $750!! On the suggestion of a friend, I took the car to Crown and David was able to get some major transmission work done under the GM/Cadilac warranty. The car runs great! Thank you, David and Crown! More
