I’m a 60 year old woman. My 2010 Cadillac started blinking its chec engine light. I brought it to this dealer for repair. When they started it, the light did not come on. They said they would need to blinking its chec engine light. I brought it to this dealer for repair. When they started it, the light did not come on. They said they would need to do a diagnostic test and that would be $166. At the end of the day, Greg, who was extremely pleasant, said they really couldn’t figure out what was wrong but they suggested I replace all the spark plugs, all of the ignition coils and do an alignment, to the tides sum of $1900. Admitting that they could not be sure this was the problem. I said no, I’ll pick up. Took it to another place for second opinion, he said could have just been a sensor and it corrected itself. It is now a month later and the car has been fine. I got a customer service request from Doug and called 4 times to speak to him. When I finally got him on the 5th attempt I asked him had he not gotten my messages. He actually raised his voice to me and said” we’re not going there, move on”! . No apology, nor explanation for not returning my calls over 5 days. I then told him my story. He said what do you want. I said I wanted my money back s since they really didn’t diagnose my problem. He said “ Yeah, that’s not gonna happens” and continued with his condescending and disrespectful attitude. I ended by saying that I had recorded our conversation and would be contacting his boss. He first threatened to have me arrested. I pointed out to him that this is not a crime, just not admissible in court. He then said he would refund my money. After receiving the refund, I set an email to dealership to speak to general manager. Obviously, he refunded my money because he knew he had been extremely aggressive, disrespectful and unprofessional with me. Then someone gave him the message and he had the nerve to call me. Her knee the complaint was about him and he was confrontational again. Does anyone there care that this is the man who is supposed to be customer service? It’s a shame. Greg was great, the courtesy vehicle was very convenient, I would most likely have traded in my 2010 and bought from them. I just bought a house not 2 miles from there location. Now, knowing that he is an indication of their customer service attitude, no way. More
Went in for service on my vehicle under warranty and it was such a fast an easy process. I love coming here, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming and the service is convenient and fast. These people are fantastic. I will definitely contact Crown again to get my next vehicle and here is why. I was taking my wife to the Tampa airport and my transmission let go. I was introduced to Muke Hill. He spent literally four hours trying to find the right vehicle for me. He asked me lots of questions before showing me anything. No pressure. We found the right car but I waited too long and the car was sold. Later, Mike and I went to see if Tammy Wagner and Paris to see if they could help me find a the right Certified GMC ( the Service Advisors are only certified to sell the brands they have been trained for). We found it. Just what I was looking for. Thank you. I have been in Sales my entire career. This group should be a template for how a sales team should be. They asked me questions, were very patient and worked together seamlessly. I almost can't wait to get another vehicle! More
