Quick and Painless I went in on a Wednesday and test drove a 2018 GMC Sierra SLT. Went back Thursday and made a deal. This is the fastest I have ever purchased a car. Total time at the dealership was under three hours which is almost unheard of. I explained that I had limited time and needed to get in and out and the folks at Crown Buick made it happen. Special shout out to Beryl who got the ball rolling and went out of his way to make this a quick and easy process. Thanks. Big fan of the crew at Crown Buick. More

Service is consistently good! Driving my husband home from the hospital after his total hip surgery, the dashboard light came on stating we were losing air pressure fast in our lef Driving my husband home from the hospital after his total hip surgery, the dashboard light came on stating we were losing air pressure fast in our left rear tire. Thankfully, we made it home before the tire went completely flat (three minutes later!) Numerous nails in the tire! I called the dealership and spoke to Bill Hevel. He instructed me to call GM roadside assistance to come get the car (he gave me the number) and have it brought to Crown. It was time for new tires anyway. He made sure they had what we wanted in stock. Offered a loaner car and a ride to go get it. We did not need the loaner, but I would need a ride to pick up our car the next day. When I got to Crown the next day, the car was washed and even cleaned on the inside. Bill was great to work with, which I truly appreciated. He didn’t know me. Greg Berry is our usual service advisor and he has always been great to work with. Thank you, Crown, for having caring folks take care of your customers. More
