Service Dept Review Crown Buick GMC and Bill Hevel have been servicing our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for years. The other day a senior citizen backed into the side of our car in a Crown Buick GMC and Bill Hevel have been servicing our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for years. The other day a senior citizen backed into the side of our car in a funeral home parking lot. We were under enough stress due to the lost of our "Ma" and this had to happen. We got out of the car and there was absolutely no physical damage. The gentlemen hit our back tire but we didn't know if there could be something that wasn't visible. We called Bill Hevel and he said to bring it in so he could check it. Everything was fine but Bill noticed the brake fluid needed to be changed. Bill always goes the extra mile to make sure our vehicle is road worthy and stays in great working condition. Bill is aware that we depend on our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for appointments. Thank you, Bill. When finally deciding new would be better for me, he showed me many different ones, gave me payment breakdown so I knew where I would be monthly cost wise, and even searched other dealerships to find the right color combo I wanted. It was a very good experience and I would recommend working with Greg. More

Great Service I had my first service last week 10/19 and it was great. I had a 7:20 apt, but arrived early and was immediately taken care of by Greg as Bill was wi I had my first service last week 10/19 and it was great. Love my new GMC I am very pleased with my experience with this dealership. I am absolutely loving my Acadia Denali. My sales associate Beryl Mokros was great. I kind of took over his office with baby bottles and toys from my 9 month old while negotiating numbers. Bob Paterson (AKA: Bob-tini) and John Peeples were a huge help as well.
