Great experience I came to Beryl at Crown after a not so great experience at another dealership. I really didn’t have much faith left that the much needed car upgrade I came to Beryl at Crown after a not so great experience at another dealership. I really didn’t have much faith left that the much needed car upgrade was going to happen. But Beryl and Mark Fernandez in Finance worked with me with to restore my faith. I was open and honest with them and I felt they were with me as well. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted (and needed) and Beryl and Mark made the process simple. I appreciated their attention to detail and effort to make things happen. Thanks! More

Great customer service and service! I bought a used GMC in another town. One of the tires had a slow leak in it from the moment I pulled it off the lot. I brought it into Crown GMC t I bought a used GMC in another town. One of the tires had a slow leak in it from the moment I pulled it off the lot. I brought it into Crown GMC to see if they could patch the leak. Dave Biagi was extremely friendly and informative. He made the transaction fast and easy. The sensors for my tires weren't connected properly and the service guys had to check multiple of my tires to figure out which one it was. Even after realizing this, Dave kept a great attitude and made sure I was comfortable in the customer area. He even tried to get me a lower quote on my car insurance. More

Car Trouble Month from xxxx I had the worst luck with my Car the last 5 weeks. In that time my Turbo had to be replaced, two new tires, my water pump went out, and my AC needed a I had the worst luck with my Car the last 5 weeks. In that time my Turbo had to be replaced, two new tires, my water pump went out, and my AC needed a new hose. Needless to say I was very distraught. But William Hevel took amazing care of me. Most all services were covered under my warranties. And after discounts rebates and sales. I only ended up spending 250 for all services. And was not inconvenienced at all. They shuttled me to and from work. And gave me a loaner if I needed one. The service r department is the reason I'm considering getting another Buick. She absolutely works herself to death to make sure you are happy with EVERYTHING. There are no words to describe how simply amazing she is. She knows her Customers very well. She is super friendly and helpful. I consider Tammy not my car sales person but more of a Friend. You will never meet a more personable person than her. If you are looking for a great car buying experience please go to Crown and ask for Tammy you won't be sorry. The staff there are all very nice and helpful and Mark Martinez in finance was great too. Super fast and efficient. Love these people and this dealership. Chris Tobolski was very helpful and informative as well. He spent some time talking with me while Tammy was making another couple very happy. You just gotta love these people here. So so helpful and all around great people, Even had Robert Patterson stop in and say hi and check on me. See how great they are everyone stopping and checking and just wanting to say "hey" to ya. Also Erna Ajanovic in insurance. She saved me quite a bit on my insurance and was just as friendly. So many to thank for all their hard work and friendly attitudes. Love them!!!!!! More

Service Dept Review Crown Buick GMC and Bill Hevel have been servicing our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for years. The other day a senior citizen backed into the side of our car in a Crown Buick GMC and Bill Hevel have been servicing our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for years. The other day a senior citizen backed into the side of our car in a funeral home parking lot. We were under enough stress due to the lost of our "Ma" and this had to happen. We got out of the car and there was absolutely no physical damage. The gentlemen hit our back tire but we didn't know if there could be something that wasn't visible. We called Bill Hevel and he said to bring it in so he could check it. Everything was fine but Bill noticed the brake fluid needed to be changed. Bill always goes the extra mile to make sure our vehicle is road worthy and stays in great working condition. Bill is aware that we depend on our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for appointments. Thank you, Bill. When finally deciding new would be better for me, he showed me many different ones, gave me payment breakdown so I knew where I would be monthly cost wise, and even searched other dealerships to find the right color combo I wanted.
