She was completely focused on my needs and completely understood what type of vehicle I was looking for. During my car shopping experience I had no clue what specific vehicle I wanted. I only could describe features I was looking for such as body style/interior features, driving capabilities, tech equipment, and price range. I went to 6 or 7 dealerships before I finally checked out crown Buick GMC. Each dealership I visited before was a lengthy process that made me feel like I was running around in circles. The sales people never seemed to be listening to what I was looking for and to my surprise, none of them helped me narrow down vehicle options based on the features I was looking for. The sales people I worked with prior to Dorothea basically sat there scratching their heads having no clue where to start because I couldn’t give them a specific vehicle make or model that I was interested in. When I finally made it to crown Buick and Dorothea greeted me, she actually LISTENED to what I was looking for and her first recommendation nailed it for me. I ended up purchasing a CERTIFIED BUICK LACROSSE, prior to seeing Dorothea, this was not a vehicle I had ever even heard of. She was not only spot on with her recommendation, but she didn’t waste my time at the dealership either. Prior to meeting Dorothea, I was getting to the point where I had to force myself to make the time to car shop because the salesmen from other dealers took up too much time while offering no value to my search. I kept getting salespeople who recommended vehicles without the features I wanted or vehicles at higher price ranges. The typical sales person would get frustrated when I’d turn down their recommendations (because these recommendations were not pertaining to what I was telling them) and they would just begin walking me around their lot, pointing out several cars telling me the makes and models and price points, expecting me to choose based of exterior appearance or cost. This continuously left me repeating the same questions about vehicle features and added no value to my car shopping experience. It constantly felt like a huge waste of my time. My experience with Dorothea was such a wonderful relief and I’ve never been happier about the purchase of a vehicle. In my life I’ve purchased 8 vehicles which includes my recent purchase with Dorothea. When it came time to negotiate the sale price, Dorothea was also straight to the point and fair. She didn’t send me into a bidding war (which has happened to me before and sometimes can take days or weeks), she offered me a fair discount and got me through the paperwork and setup of my new vehicle extremely fast. The attention to detail I received at this dealership from ALL the staff was top-notch, 5 star. Dorothea offered to wash my Dads BMW while he waited with me to get through signing the paperwork. Definitely by far the best experience I’ve ever had and I never imagined a car salesperson could treat a customer with such a high level of professionalism, service, and efficiency. Still blown away by the outstanding staff and beyond satisfied with my purchase. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but the finance, insurance, service, and sales departments were all extremely pleasant and I don’t have a single complaint. Thank you very much, Dorothea! I brought it into Crown GMC to see if they could patch the leak. Dave Biagi was extremely friendly and informative. He made the transaction fast and easy. The sensors for my tires weren't connected properly and the service guys had to check multiple of my tires to figure out which one it was. Even after realizing this, Dave kept a great attitude and made sure I was comfortable in the customer area. He even tried to get me a lower quote on my car insurance. More

Car Trouble Month from xxxx I had the worst luck with my Car the last 5 weeks. In that time my Turbo had to be replaced, two new tires, my water pump went out, and my AC needed a I had the worst luck with my Car the last 5 weeks. In that time my Turbo had to be replaced, two new tires, my water pump went out, and my AC needed a new hose. Needless to say I was very distraught. But William Hevel took amazing care of me. Most all services were covered under my warranties. And after discounts rebates and sales. I only ended up spending 250 for all services. And was not inconvenienced at all. They shuttled me to and from work. And gave me a loaner if I needed one. The service r department is the reason I'm considering getting another Buick. She absolutely works herself to death to make sure you are happy with EVERYTHING. There are no words to describe how simply amazing she is. She knows her Customers very well. She is super friendly and helpful. I consider Tammy not my car sales person but more of a Friend. You will never meet a more personable person than her. If you are looking for a great car buying experience please go to Crown and ask for Tammy you won't be sorry. The staff there are all very nice and helpful and Mark Martinez in finance was great too. Super fast and efficient. Love these people and this dealership. Chris Tobolski was very helpful and informative as well. He spent some time talking with me while Tammy was making another couple very happy. You just gotta love these people here. So so helpful and all around great people, Even had Robert Patterson stop in and say hi and check on me. See how great they are everyone stopping and checking and just wanting to say "hey" to ya. Also Erna Ajanovic in insurance. She saved me quite a bit on my insurance and was just as friendly. So many to thank for all their hard work and friendly attitudes. Love them!!!!!! More
