Brought our "New" used Acadia in for complete look over We just purchased a used Acadia with moderately high miles and wanted to give it a thorough look over at the dealer. They had it for a day and a half and gave it a through inspection. They found an outstanding recall item which they took care of right away and a small list of other things to take care of. They consulted with us on the maintenance items. explained everything very well. Their pricing was fair and they did a great job. Car is running like new. Very happy with our experience! More

I was greeted prompt I brought my GMC Terrain in for service. My Service rep's name was William Hevel. He was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. I was greeted promptly and William Hevel kept me informed on the process and amount of time it would take to complete and cost of the maintenance. Went great. Very helpful and affordable Got out of a 2002 buick regal with 180,000 miles and into a 2011 chevy malibu with only 65,000 miles. I LOVE Greg Berry! I needed help with my Encore and called the Crown Service department and Greg Berry answered! Not only did he tell me to come right over, after I exp I needed help with my Encore and called the Crown Service department and Greg Berry answered! Not only did he tell me to come right over, after I explained the situation, but he said he would take a look to better understand my problem and so I wouldn't have to waste time with an appointment for the next day. Well needless to say - he got a wrench undid my battery cable, waited 30 seconds, reattached it and voila everything was fixed. (By the way, while my hood was open a wonderful gentleman came up and filled my washer fluid too). THAT'S awesome customer service!!! I'm a Crown customer for life!!! More
