Customer Loyalty not appreciated Since 2014 I have leased 3 vehicles with Crown but Honda and Buick/GMC and recommended my father and brother in law. That totals 5! I went in to Buick/GMC Crown needing to change in my current Acadia for a Sierra Truck due to my new job. I found out my original “product specialist” Joe had taken a new job with Bradenton Ford. He was the definition of a great sales person. Attentive to my needs, followed up, negotiated and gave me a great customer friendly deal. Someone in the dealership told me Tammy trained him so I took her business card and reached out to her the following day. We communicated by text and explained my situation and she was attentive at first. Once I gave her my terms she didn’t want to really negotiate or work with me. I asked her to work with me and she said she would run numbers. After running numbers she gave me a price and when I asked for which Sierra she never responded. It was then our communication ended with her saying she wanted my business? I didn’t feel I was valued by her which could of been the day she was having or something. I decided to reach out to Joe and ask who he would recommend. He said Lisa, unfortunately Lisa was no better. She told me Tammy was working on the deal prior and she couldn’t come to my terms. I asked her to look at my current lease and see why I was able to get my current deal to my terms but couldn’t get the Sierra with similar terms. Her response was that she would take my current deal to the manager and respond to me after. Two days later nothing. I reached out to Lisa and requested her managers number and she complied. I felt like I wasn’t getting the same attention and service as the previous three deals. The manager and I played phone tag with me leaving a message last and no call back. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
