Crown Buick GMC-Amy Simpson My cousin and I stopped in to see what was available at your dealership. I've recently moved here from central Illinois and was thinking about trading My cousin and I stopped in to see what was available at your dealership. I've recently moved here from central Illinois and was thinking about trading my SUV in for a used sedan. We were met by Amy Simpson. She was friendly and knowledgeable as what was on the lot. I test drove 2 vehicles and then made my choice. After agreeing on the price the only issue was my obtaining insurance for Florida. This was a somewhat lengthy process due only to my insurance company. With Amy's help and patience we got things taken care of. A few days later I needed to stop by and drop some things off. I mentioned a couple of things I needed help with and she made sure they were both taken care. I can't thank Amy enough for all the help she gave me during the car buying process. I will highly recommend Amy Simpson and Crown Buick GMC to anyone looking for an auto. More

First, making the appointment was easy and I had my 2017 Buick Lacrosse in for servicing today at Crown Buick and was handled expertly by Bill Hevel. First, making the appointment was easy and they accommodated my time frame. Upon meeting Bill, I knew I was in good hands. He explained what needed to be done and in terms I understood as I'm not a knowledgeable car owner (sorry I'm just not!). Bill was friendly, professional and answered all my questions.
