preowned encore. Tail light out of warranty I’ve owed my certified pre owned encore for 3 weeks and I love it. It was brought to my attention from a friend that my right rear tail light was not I’ve owed my certified pre owned encore for 3 weeks and I love it. It was brought to my attention from a friend that my right rear tail light was not working. I toke my car in to service, found out my bulb was not under warranty anymore. They gave me a price and took encore into service. Everyone was very nice and speedy on repair . To my surprise Ryan told me there was NO CHARGE.
