Canyon purchase First I need to admit that I hate the whole car buying process. I do not enjoy the guessing game of what the real take away price might be. I stress o First I need to admit that I hate the whole car buying process. I do not enjoy the guessing game of what the real take away price might be. I stress over debt and whether I am getting a good deal, I keep my cars for 10-15 years at a time putting 25 to 35 thousand hard miles per year on them annually with the length of time is closely linked to the sales phobia I experience. Part of the challenge is also that I am most opinionated, once I have settled on a make, model and trim level I will consider little else. I bounced back and forth between four GMC and one Honda dealerships in my quest. While I fully understand sales departments getting frustrated with me, even after three weeks of visits, calls and Emails containing a thousand questions, the crew at Crown Buick, GMC always remained friendly, patient and understanding. Closing the deal was never a threat, it was a conversation between "friends". To everyone who worked with me in sales and finance, thank you. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you, I thank you for your patience and the great deal you offered me. To Chris Tobolski, Tammy Wagner, Mark, Jeff and John in finance, thank you.
