We are from Canada, had an AC problem. Called Crown and made an appointment to have the AC repaired,in our 2016 GMC Acadia, dealt with Bill Hevel who was excellent. took vehicle in in the m Called Crown and made an appointment to have the AC repaired,in our 2016 GMC Acadia, dealt with Bill Hevel who was excellent. took vehicle in in the morning, Bill suspected a leak in the rear evaporator which turned out to be the problem. I got a shuttle ride back too our condo which was 1/2 hour away, and was told the repair would be done that day by 6 PM. Received a call at around 2:30 that repair was done and they where on their way too pick us up. Arrived at dealership vehicle was ready, it was even washed and they did a safety inspection, all at no charge. I was totally impressed, this service could not have been any better.
