I did not feel pressured or felt I was getting a pitch at any time in the process. He was also very responsive and patient and answered all the questions even before I asked them. No Pressure sales My husband and I came into Buick/GMC just to test drive Buick Envision. I wasn’t really ready to purchase a new car, but I had my eye on the Envision. My husband and I came into Buick/GMC just to test drive Buick Envision. I wasn’t really ready to purchase a new car, but I had my eye on the Envision. It is the middle class of the SUV’s. Not to big and not too small...just the right size for me! I took a drive and loved the SUV, of course! We met with David who was real laid back and easy going. My husband and I had a lot going on...and didn’t really want to spend all day in the dealership. We gave some brief information and went to lunch, not really thinking about buying a new vehicle, but, David Boldin worked his magic... Of course, we returned to the dealership and did the deal.... Honestly, purchasing a new vehicle was not in the plan, but buying a new 2017 Buick was meant to be...and Crown GMC/Buick made the experience ever so great! No pressure from the finance department to purchase extra coverage., Why would you need it with Buicks great warranty!, And of course, David Boldin... All around good guy to do business with. I was not certain as I was ending my first lease ever if I wanted to buy out the lease, return and walk away, or go into a new lease vehicle. David listened to my concerns and patiently ran the "numbers" multiple times to assure I had enough valid information to make an informed decision that fit my life style and my current needs. I am aware that David makes his living closing a deal but David also assures customers that they are 100% satisfied with the decision they make today and going forward.
