My search was just starting and I had no intentions of buying a car yesterday, 12/17/2017, but guess what, I drove my new vehicle home last night. My salesman, John Thomas, could not have been more knowledgeable, patient or kind. He understood my needs, but for my pocketbook, but also my transportation challenges. The car is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I live 45 miles south of Crown, but will have my service work completed by them. If the service experience is as good as the sales experience, WOW. If you are looking to purchase a car go to Crown Buick GMC. You can't go wrong. More

I live in Sumter County, Florida. I was in the search for a pick up truck and wound up at Your dealership. After getting into it with a sales associate and being told i knew nothing about what i was talking about, i was seriously aggrevated. Afterwards, i was contacted by Tammy Wagner and after being very standoffish, and stating I wouldnt take their truck if it was given to me as a Christmas Gift, agrred to drive to their dealership. Tammy said the gas to go down would be paid for and the truck ready to look at as soon as I got there. True to Her word, the truck was fueled up and ready for me. After a breif discussion on the numbers, I bought the truck. Tammy was absolutly the best!!! Its Her tenacity, and Her personable personality that I was swayed and convinced to get the truck, knowing full well it was worth it!!! Ive been in dealership work and around sales for twenty years, and she is the best Ive ever seen!!! A xxxx of a sales person and knew how to turn a bad situation good! I will definitly do more buisness in the future with Tammy in a heartbeat! The woman even stayed late Christmas EveEve jist so I could drive my new truck home for Christmas. Awesome Job yall. Great Car Buying Experience We recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Dave and Mike and Crown Buick GMC. I was so impressed with the two salesmen happily working together as we We recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Dave and Mike and Crown Buick GMC. I was so impressed with the two salesmen happily working together as we were there on two separate days. It says a lot about a dealership and these two men as people that both of them truly wanted the other person to benefit from this sale. Everyone was polite and efficient and there was no pressure. My toddler son was with us and everyone could not have been more accommodating and kind. We are so happy to now own from this great dealership and would recommend this car buying experience to everyone. More

""Excellent Customer Service" I took my car to get the light bulb replaced and noticed a leak on the ground. I showed Ryan, my Service Rep and immediately he said we need to get th I took my car to get the light bulb replaced and noticed a leak on the ground. I showed Ryan, my Service Rep and immediately he said we need to get that checked out as soon as possible and for me to let him know when I would be available to drop my car off. I explained to Ryan that I really needed transportation while my car was being repaired because I still had to go to work and take my Grandmother to her scheduled doctor appointments. Ryan totally understood my concern for the need of transportation and provided me with a loaner car. The mechanic found that my transmission needed to be replaced. The transmission was replaced within 24 hours after I dropped my car off and when I went to pick up my car, it was washed and clean just sitting there looking beautiful waiting on me. I'm really thankful for Ryan and the mechanic for taking excellent care of ME and MY CAR!!!!!!! More

I researche After buying fords my entire life I decided to look for another brand because I wasn't sold on the idea of an aluminum body pick-up truck. I researched GMC, Dodge, Toyota, Nissan and Chevy. I chose to purchase a GMC Sierra. I purchased it from my local dealer at the time (North Hillsborough county). I experienced many less than positive interactions with that dealership. Based to my experiences, I came to the conclusion that GMC has poor overall customer service. We recently moved after purchasing a home in Pinellas county (St. Petersburg). While taking my truck in for routine scheduled maintenance (to kill time) I chose to look at some newer SUV models. The sales people were very good, not pushy but quick with suggestions. I was offered both the Yukon and Yukon Denali to take for a few days in order to get a feel and gage the differences. When I returned to the service area to pick-up my truck they had cleaned it and checked something that I wasn't aware was even broken. We scheduled a time to drop the truck off for repair. I'm very happy with this dealership. Crown has me helped me believe in GMC again. More
