6500 mile check up Met and greeted, reviewed what was involved with 6500 mi. check up and told me how long it would take since I was waiting. Truck was finished 15 mins Met and greeted, reviewed what was involved with 6500 mi. check up and told me how long it would take since I was waiting. Truck was finished 15 mins. before promised, washed and ready to go. Love that the service was for free since it is a new vehicle. No problems at all thanks to Bill Hevel. Personal thanks to Bill!!!! As per usual, GREAT SERVICE by Bill Hevel I was headed to Orlando for my grand daughter's 30th birthday. I got into my car and had a message that also showed a picture of a wrench & a car swa I was headed to Orlando for my grand daughter's 30th birthday. I got into my car and had a message that also showed a picture of a wrench & a car swaying, and a light that said ABS.. I thought, should I go & hope it was just something I could take care of when I got back, or should I call Bill Havel who always advises me. Of course, I called Bill. And of course, he advised my to bring my car right in so he could have it checked. In less than a few hours I was on my way, thanks to Bill , He is always there when I need him!! GREAT SERVICE! More

Like to play the car finance game? This was a terrible experience. We waited for hours for one of their finance guys to show us their best deal. They kept wanting us to sign all kinds o This was a terrible experience. We waited for hours for one of their finance guys to show us their best deal. They kept wanting us to sign all kinds of paperwork that would help speed along the deal process before we even settled on one. When we were finally called in to his office to work it out, we found a deal already printed up and ready to be signed. It was a horrible deal with an absurd finance rate. We had made repeated inquiries about how things were proceeding and if they were close to working something out. We were told that it would not be much longer. After nearly four hours of waiting and hearing excuses we were presented with nonsense and had to leave. I will never shop for anything there ever again. More

Dave B. in service is awesome! My husband and I called Dave B. early in the a.m. to talk to him about our daughter's Buick Verano that wouldn't start. We locked it and couldn't My husband and I called Dave B. early in the a.m. to talk to him about our daughter's Buick Verano that wouldn't start. We locked it and couldn't get back in (so we thought). Dave B. calmed us and gave us the roadside assistance number. The roadside assistance got there quick.... we were not locked out like we thought we just didn't turn the key right… He gave us a jump and I was on my way to the dealership to see Dave B., (husband went to work). Dave B. met me at the car and took care of it from there. They checked the car, it was a dead battery. They put a new battery in and even washed the car! I was in and out before I could finish my complementary coffee and cookie. Thank you Dave B. for your calming effect and for being so efficient! More
