Our service advisor at Crown Bill Hevel was very knowledgeable about our car. We discussed several issues that needed attention and felt much better about them after our conversation. It was a no brainer to set up an appointment and let Bill and his team take care of our car. Also I had been to their parts department in the past for various needs, and they also were very helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. More

My service advisor David Biagi was fantastic, he was very friendly an This was my first visit to Crown Buick and I will not take my car anywhere else. My service advisor David Biagi was fantastic, he was very friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. After evaluating my car, he called to explain the repairs that were needed and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I was also offered a loaner car but declined. Major repairs were completed in less than 2 days. The service I received was top notch! More

Wasted trip I contacted Crown Buick GMC this week regarding a vehicle I wanted to purchase. We exchanged multiple phone calls regarding the purchase. The sales p I contacted Crown Buick GMC this week regarding a vehicle I wanted to purchase. We exchanged multiple phone calls regarding the purchase. The sales person was very nice. We settled on figures. I sent him all the information for the deal and the banking information to get funds wired. I received the buyers order and I traveled three hours to the area so that I could pick up the vehicle. Lunchtime of the day I arrived, I received a call stating that they had sold the vehicle the night before! I was told to call the sales manager, Mike Mathis. After multiple phone calls and 10 hours later, I still have not heard from him. This was three wasted days and a six hour round trip to return home without the vehicle I came for. More
