Best Service Experience EVER! My driver's outside door handle broke on my 2011 Buick on a Monday night and I needed my car to go out of town on Wednesday. I called Crown Buick on My driver's outside door handle broke on my 2011 Buick on a Monday night and I needed my car to go out of town on Wednesday. I called Crown Buick on Tuesday morning and was able to get in Tuesday morning, leave my car for repair, and was given a courtesy ride to work. The service manager, Doug, and my Service Advisor, Dave Biagi, were the epitome of courtesy and went above and beyond my highest expectations in service. I drove a 1987 Pontiac Bonneville for 20 years that we bought and had serviced at Crown and never had a single disappointing experience with sales or service. I had not been in the service center since we sold the Bonneville, but was delighted to find that Crown still provides the same outstanding service that I experienced 10-30 years ago. I have had some horrible service experiences at other dealerships, but I would recommend (and have recommended) Crown's Service Center with complete confidence. I am happy to say that the service we received in their collision center was equally satisfying. More
