William Hevel was the only saving grace for my experience with this dealership. We brought the car we purchased 3 months prior, in for ac work, and all we wanted was some consideration that for my experience with this dealership. We brought the car we purchased 3 months prior, in for ac work, and all we wanted was some consideration that the car was purchased with a faulty AC. Mike, one of the managers was a complete jerk to us, threatening to walk out on a conversation because I was stating my argument, without yelling or cursing. I stated I would I would write appropriate reviews on the internet about how I felt I was treated and he stated he didn't care and would go behind me and write the truth. The truth was they wanted no responsibility to right their wrong after selling us a vehicle with a faulty AC. William called us back, after leaving in anger, stating he spoke with another manager, knowing we were treated poorly by the previous manager, and was able to get them to agree to pay half the cost of repairing the AC. I hope to never have to deal with this dealership again, especially the worst manager ever, Mike. Avoid him at all cost if you want a good car buying experience. More

Always come back. I met Amy Simpson 2.5 yrs ago when I purchased my first car from her. Now I am looking for a second vehicle and Amy was the first sales person I thoug I met Amy Simpson 2.5 yrs ago when I purchased my first car from her. Now I am looking for a second vehicle and Amy was the first sales person I thought of. Excellent sales knowledge, willingness to point out all ammenities of the vehicle. She knew about performance of engine, and drive train watrsntities. Also, towing capabilities! As always, Amy is a pleasure to work with. I recommend anyone coming to the dealership would do well asking for Amy, she will not disappoint you. And, if she doesn't have what you want on the lot, she will search Crown inventory to find the perfect auto or truck for you. Amy is a real asset to the Crown sales team. Pat More
