Excellent Service given by Dave Biagi I went in for our first service appt. and was appointed to Dave Biagi as our service adviser. Well from the start of hello Dave was extremely cheerful I went in for our first service appt. and was appointed to Dave Biagi as our service adviser. Well from the start of hello Dave was extremely cheerful & professional. He told me the amount of time sevice woul be & it came up short by 10 minutes. I asked for some additional info on our vechile & he went beyond his job to search for where we can find the parts due to the fact Buick does not make them. Our car was also washed & vacuumed as if it was being delivered as new all over again! We would recommend Dave to anyone needing service at Crown Buick as well as Crown Buick as a dealership overall! More

Service I had a great experience when buying my Buick Encore, but today I wnt in for my first of two free oil changes that came with the car. I was treated li I had a great experience when buying my Buick Encore, but today I wnt in for my first of two free oil changes that came with the car. I was treated like I was spending a million dollars! Greg Berry is my service advisor and he is informative and personable. And the report I was given showed I got a lot more than an oil change for my no cost visit. It looked like they checked every system function of the car!! And that was in addition to a free car wash and interior vacuum cleaning. Why would you ever go anyplace else. I sure won't. Thanks Greg! More

Service was Perfect In for my second recall. First time not happy with service,BUT this time was totally different. Appt @ 240pm taken right in by my Service advisor Dave In for my second recall. First time not happy with service,BUT this time was totally different. Appt @ 240pm taken right in by my Service advisor Dave Biagi. Told him about my last experience, he told me he would do his best to change my opion about dealership. Told me service takes 2 hours. Took a seat an car went back 250pm. Thought hope to be on my way by 5, he came to tell me @415 all done now washing your car. I was like What done before time, my car was pulled up all shiny and clean, I was pulling out of parking lot 425 pm. Very Happy, Dave did change my mind. Thank you Dave Biagi More

I did get my free $10. dollars, but non of the $I00. gift cards because the GMC I purchased was one that did not qualify. Also I had to fight tooth and nail to get the 6 year zero finance - again because the GMC I purchased did not qualify. I spent about three hours, thought I had the deal finalized, only to find out again the GMC I purchased did not qualify. I did not receive the three month delay in payments- again because the GMC I purchased did not qualify. I was ready to walk when they sent in the outrange of sales folks to selvage the sail. With some creative financing and juggling numbers we reach an agreement and I finalized my purchase. Their add is very deceiving and hard to figure out because they don't lay any thing out until all the paper work is done. Buyer be ware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. P.S. My initial sales person was fantastic to work with. The closing sucked. More
