Great Introduction to Crown Service! I had just moved to St Petersburg, and took my newly leased Buick Encore in for its first service today. Chris Sullo was my advisor; and he really l I had just moved to St Petersburg, and took my newly leased Buick Encore in for its first service today. Chris Sullo was my advisor; and he really lived up to that title! He was very interested in hearing my reaction to my new Encore (which was very positive except for one change Buick had made that I did not like). While the car was being serviced, he took the time to check out my concern to see if there were options for me. The whole atmosphere of the service department and the people in it was warm and cheerful. And I agree with Erica; the thoroughness of the checking of all of the car's systems and reporting to me was impressive. I am delighted that I will be using Crown Buick here in my new city! Peggy L.
