We went into the dealership(Crown Buick) not knowing if we were going to find a car with our spe My experience with Tammy Sue Wagner was outstanding. We went into the dealership(Crown Buick) not knowing if we were going to find a car with our specifications and ended up signing for a pre-owned vehicle. Even though Tammy had 5 deliveries that day, she still found time to please us. Not only did she sell us our Buick Verano but there was a few issues with the paint. With the warranty still in effect, the service department repainted the hood and roof. Costumer satisfaction. Thank you Crown Buick and thank you Tammy Sue Wagner as well as all the other staff members that made us feel comfortable. We will continue to refer friends or family to your dealership. More
